Put a diced chorizo sausage into a hot frying pan with olive oil, after 5 minutes, add garlic squeezed by a press and finely chopped chili pepper - after another 2 minutes, put the whole thing into a utensil, e.g. a bowl. Prepare the OYAKATA package according to the instructions and add it to a bowl with chorizo and chilli. Add one raw egg, grated yellow cheese and torn mozzarella and a pinch of salt and pepper, add flour and finely chopped chives. Mix everything well. Form small balls in wet hands (the pulp will not stick to fingers). Roll the balls in breadcrumbs. Deep fry for about 2.5 minutes until golden. Serve warm. Sweet chili sauce fits perfectly with our balls.
