DISH
- 2 cups of OYAKATA Japanese Beef Wasabi
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 300 g of minced meat
- rice paper
- oil
- carrot
- 1/3 of celery
- 1 parsley
- 1 onion
- Himalayan salt
- pepper
SAUCE
- 1 lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of fish sauce
- 1/2 of chilli pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- a few spoons of water
DISH
Pour boiling water over noodles and wait for it to soften. Add the seasoning sachets from the packages. Peel the carrot, celery, parsley and onion. Grate the vegetables coarsely and mix them. Fry the vegetables and then put aside. Fry the meat and mix with vegetables and OYAKATA. Add egg, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix. Soak the rice paper in warm water. Put the filling on the soaked paper and roll it up. Fry the spring rolls on the preheated oil on each side.
SAUCE
Grind the garlic with chilli into a smooth paste. Add fish sauce and water. Mix. Add sugar and mix until sugar dissolves. Add lemon juice. If the sauce is too fishy, add more water.
